Goals
1. Determination of socioeconomic and socially-psychological factors affecting health in Tehran University of Medical Sciences. 2. Determining the status of social capital, lifestyle of the staff, occupational safety and health status of the workplaces, occupational stress, physical, mental, spiritual, and social and staff health status affecting health in the staff of Tehran University of Medical Sciences. 3. Determination of distribution (incidence and prevalence) of disorders and cardiovascular diseases, common cancers, diabetes, chronic respiratory diseases, accidents and occupational diseases, immigration and mortality among staff of Tehran University of Medical Sciences.
Study population
Staff of Tehran University of Medical Sciences
Sampling method and sample size
A recall of all personnel who have direct employment with Tehran University of Medical Sciences. (Formal, contractual, contractual) Minimum sample size 6,000 and maximum 10,000 people over 3 years.
Data Collection
All staff information is included in the study program with the coordination of human resources of the university. After the recall and initial registration of the volunteers, data collection is done by attending the attendance at the center of the study.
Follow up Methods
The follow-up will be conducted on-the-spot in order to repeat the examinations of at least three and a maximum of five years. Interacting with participants through a designed app for the study will be done on a regular basis. * Follow-up Duration is estimated at 20 years.
