Goals
• Estimating the effect size of related risk factors on the NCDs events among Behvarzes during 20 years
• Estimating the effect size of health interventions on the NCDs events among Behvarzes during 20 years
Study population
All employed and retired Behvarzes, and the second grade Behvarz students
Sampling method and sample size

Data Collection
Data includes records of medical and dental examination, anthropometric indices, self-administered questionnaires, Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ), EKG files, and CBC test results that is gathered via designed android soft wares that have been installed in Lenovo A3000 tablets, then, is transferred to the servers of the NCDRC, and finally, will be analyzed. On the other hand, biological samples that have been collected in the provinces are transferred to the NCDRC considering cold chain (0-4°c). All lab tests are analyzed by a unique auto-analyzer and unique brand of lab kits. Then, all results are transferred to the server via web. All mentioned activities will be repeated every 5 years.
Follow up Methods
Active follow-up every 3 months via phone or in presence, and completing related checklists for determination of unhealthy events, physician visits, outpatient treatments, inpatient treatments, and death events

Estimating the effect size of demographic, socio-economic, life style, nutritional, occupational, mental, metabolic, environmental and ecological and anthropometric risk factors on occurrence or death due to NCDs in Behvarzes

Cardiovascular diseases(I10-I15, I20-I25), Cerebrovascular(I60-I6), Gastro-intestinal diseases(K20-K31, K70-K77, K80-K87), Renal failure(N17-N1), Diabete(E10-E14), Mental disorders(F10-F48), Musculoskeletal diseases(M80-M81, M54.5), Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases(J40-J47), Cancers(C00-D48), and Injuries(S00-S99, T00-T14, T20-T50, V01-Y34)
